Pre-departure materials will be available to accepted students through the application portal. All forms and documents must be uploaded through the application portal unless otherwise noted.
Students will also be required to provide a copy of their passport and proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
The judicial review form should be submitted to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards in Bengal Hall 14 or emailed to studentconduct@buffalostate.edu.
